We have a double room becoming available in Brixton at the end of November for £935 with bills coming to around £100 per month although much less in summer (billls cover everything from WiFi to Heating etc). You'll be sharing with two other flatmates and it's a gay-friendly household with an outdoor garden area shared with the rest of the building.
The contract is a rolling two-month contract and the council tax is brand is Lambeth. The ad contains clear pictures of the room, as only the bed & white desk will be staying feel free to decorate the room as you wish.
We both have working and busy lifestyles so this flat would suit someone who is working full time as well. We're social people and occasionally have dinner together, go to the cinema, and go out for drinks.
