Room for Rent in Brixton/Tulse Hill

One of our housemates is sadly leaving this lovely home in Brixton and we are looking for somebody to fill his room. One double bedroom available from now (we are flexible with move in dates). The room comes furnished and is in a house with four other housemates. We have a big kitchen and dining space including a washing machine, washer and dryer, two bathrooms, a super cosy living room and a lush garden.

You would be living with Josh (m), Tom (m), Bente (f) and myself (f). All between the ages of 25-28 and all working full-time. There is a very friendly relaxed vibe in the house. We’re good mates and often do things together like cook dinners, watch tv, play pool, etc.

We are looking for a working professional between the ages of 25-30.
Rent is £994 and bills come to c £150 a month. There is no agency involved as we deal with the landlord directly. Plus we are expecting a kitchen reno!!

Location: 10-minute walk to Brixton Tube Station on the Victoria Line. 15-minute walk to Herne Hill Station. 10-minute walk to a big Sainsbury’s. 7-minute walk to a Sainsbury’s local. 7-minute walk to Brockwell Park. We live on a very quiet road and have lovely neighbours about.
