Looking for someone to take over my tenancy, the flat is made up of 3 girls aged from 21 to 29, working in journalism, music and graphic design.

Ideally, looking for a female professional who is fun, clean, tidy and sociable 😊.

The available room comes furnished with a 3/4 size (small double) bed and storage.

The flat is modern and was renovated just three years ago. It features a shared shower room, a spacious living room that can be used to work from home, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a balcony and access to a communal garden.

The girls all lead their own lives and respect each other’s space.

Move in date:

27th of October (but some flexibility)

5-minute bus ride to Brixton Underground (Victoria Line)
15-minute walk to Brockwell Park

Range between £80–£120 per month and include:
