Our home is on the first floor of a Victorian house with a split-level layout. The loft room is on the top floor, while the shared areas – the kitchen, open-plan living room, and bathroom – are shared with one other professional tenant currently living in the flat.
We’re based between Brixton, Clapham, Balham and Brockwell Park, with everything you need nearby:
• Brixton Station: 8 minutes by bus (N109, N133, N250) or a 10–12 min walk
• Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Tesco all within 5 minutes’ walk
• Brixton Market for great food, coffee shops and pubs
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a professional, tidy and respectful person who will treat the place like their own and enjoy a quiet, comfortable home. This isn’t a party flat – it’s a calm, relaxed space that’s been well looked after.
No agency fees, just a deposit required.
