We are looking for someone chill, friendly, social to come fill our spare room. We are all good friends so looking for someone who wants to make the flat into more of a home than just a place where people sleep so would love to meet people who are down to watch some bad tv and go the pub when free. Equally we are are all busy with own things & respectful of space so looking for someone the same x
Lil about us:
Holly (28) Capricorn, I adore baking, theatre/ arts, pub quizzes and work at the Southbank Centre
Amandine (23) writer working in the creative industry. Bonus points if you will go to the theatre with me! Love a night out.
Iona (25) director and facilitator. Loves the theatre and a drink and if you know any rugby boys, that’s a bonus!
We would love another creative/theatre girly to join, so let us know if that’s you!
About the space
The flat is located in between Brixton and Herne Hill, a 2 min walk from Brockwell Park and a 10 minute walk from both Brixton tube station & Herne Hill Train Station.
There are 2 bathrooms (a shower/toilet & a bath/shower) a kitchen, and a spacious shared lounge and a southf acing balcony overlooking Brockwell Park which delivers some smashing sunsets.
1 X Large Double room available (Fully Furnished). Room comes with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside drawers & a desk. The room also has a large wardrobe for storage.
