Hey everyone! I’m sadly moving out of my room in Clapham North/brixton! There are currently 5 of us living in this gorgeous house! All the flatmates are super friendly and we all get in really well! We love to go to cook, wfh together, have movie nights together but everyone also has their own friendship groups.
The room has a Juliet balcony with doors that open it and it’s in the ground floor. You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with 2 people and a smaller bathroom with one other person which has a toilet and sink right next to the room.
I’m leaving a desk and a bookcase/tv stand and wardrobe but will need a bed and mattress.
The bills are £128 on top of the price for the room and the deposit is £1298
There is a parking space outside on the road if you have a car.
The move in date will be the 14th November and will only have to pay half rent for November.
We have another potential room available but just figuring out the details so would be perfect for 2 friends!
