This is a gorgeous double room in a beautiful flat. The bedroom looks stunning. It comes fully furnished - with an in-built wardrobe and shelves, study desk, chair, bookcase, etc.

We Do NOT provide all the bedding such as (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).

This flat is truly stunning, having been redesigned and refurbished to a very high standard a few years ago.
The flat also boasts one modern bathroom with separate toilet. The kitchen is very spacious - equipped with all appliances. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Food shopping is also very simple, as there's a Tesco Express located just two minutes from our front door and a larger Sainsbury's a few minutes further on.

The flat is conveniently situated in Clapham Park, which is in the corner between Brixton, Clapham and Streatham with easy access to all three areas and its transport links.

This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings whilst studying in London. It is a 4-bedroom flat, and you would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with 3 other professionals.

The price includes all bills, internet, council tax, water, gas, electricity, and regular cleaning.

We don’t expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week’s rent to reserve the room. One day before you move in, we would expect 3 weeks’ rent to make up the 4-week deposit, plus the first month’s rent in advance.

So, in summary:
You need to send us £40 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £720 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £1,040 which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must give us one month’s notice before you leave. We will hold your deposit in a government backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
