Double bedroom - 7 mins to Brixton - gated mews!

Hello there!

You are reading the ad for a double bedroom in a gated mews flat, 7 minutes away from Brixton tube station. The price includes all bills. The flat is available from the 1st of November.

The house comes with an oven, microwave, a wi-fi, a washing machine and a dishwasher (which means you don't have to do any dishes!). It's a new-ish, charming, clean flat so I'm looking for someone tidy, clean and quiet who is after a decent and quiet accommodation. This is definitely not a party house. I'm looking for someone who is after a peaceful living situation. I will be taking a refundable one month’s deposit from you and return it back at the end of your stay considering everything is as it was.

Unfortunately due to overcrowding, the room is not available to couples.

The house has great links to the city for after hours, a great night bus route takes you back home in no time. There are loads of supermarkets and convenience stores open within 5 minute walking distance. Also the famous Ritzy Cinema is just around the corner and so is The Brixton Village as well as the pubs and restaurants.

I'm a 45 year old actor - currently touring the UK until August '26 so I will be in and out London, which means I will not always be around. Please drop me (Hemi - the landlord) a message or a call. I find talking on the phone a much more efficient, personable and easy way of arranging something like renting a room!
