2x Double rooms, en suite, balcony - new build

I've lived in this Brixton flat for nearly two years and have loved it! But unfortunately have to move back to Australia.

My existing housemate is now also moving and we're looking for two people to take over the lease. My room has an incredible view of the London skyline, an en suite, a king bed, desk and bookshelf. (I also have a 50 inch TV I only got a few months ago that I'd be happy to sell if you'd like it!)

The second room is the same size, can also fit a king or double bed. It however comes unfurnished. This room doesn't haven an en suite, but you get your own slightly bigger bathroom down the hall complete with a bathtub.

The flat is close to both Brixton and Clapham Common stations (about a 10 min bus ride to Brixton station), there’s also a Tescos and Sainsburys 5 minute walk down the road. It comes with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, wifi etc. There is also a very handy private bike storage in the building. The living room has a big lovely couch, kitchen table, and various utensils included.

The flat is on the third floor (thus the amazing view), there is lift access and two security doors - so it's very safe.

Your name would go on the lease, so you have to be able to pass the agency’s checks etc.

We're looking to fill the room by the 1st of October, if you pass the agencies checks there could be some wiggle room in moving in sooner.
