Room available in Brixton

Hi! We are looking for someone clean, responsible, and friendly to join our houseshare from November 2025. There is some flexibility on dates.

The room is on the smaller side but can fit a double bed, drawers and clothes rack, with your own personal access to the roof above the kitchen.

Rent is £720 per month plus £125 for bills, which includes council tax, water/gas/electric, shopping for household items (soap, paper towels, etc.), and a fortnightly cleaner who tackles all the shared areas and bathrooms.

You'll be living with five working professionals – one couple and three singles – all easygoing, respectful and social. We hang out when we can but also retreat to our rooms when we need some alone time. We are looking for a male to keep a nice gender balance in the house.

The room comes unfurnished, but the house has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge and a gorgeous outdoor space. It is just a 7 minute walk to Brixton tube station, with great access to shops, parks, and local pubs.
