Double room available start of Nov

We have a double room becoming available in Brixton at the end of October for £910 with bills coming to around £100 per month although much less in summer (bills cover everything from WiFi to heating etc). You’ll be sharing with two other flatmates, one living at the property currently and another being a new tennant around the same time. It is a gay-friendly household with an outdoor garden area shared with the rest of the building.

The contract is a rolling two-month contract and the council tax brand is Lambeth. The ad contains pictures of the room, only the bed, shelves and white drawers will be staying — feel free to decorate the room as you wish.

I have a working and busy lifestyle so this flat would suit someone who is working full time as well. It has always been a social flat, occasionally having dinner together, going to the cinema, and going out for drinks. I (30s, male) work in TV.
