Looking for someone to take over my tenancy, the other 3 housemates are aged from 21 to 29, working in journalism, music and graphic design.

Ideally, looking for a female professional who is fun, clean, tidy and sociable 😊.

The available room comes furnished with a 3/4 size bed (small double) and storage.

The flat is modern and was renovated just three years ago. It features a shared shower room, a spacious living room that can be used to work from home, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a balcony and access to a communal garden.

Flexible but available from the beginning of November

5-minute bus ride to Brixton Underground (Victoria Line)
15-minute walk to Brockwell Park
