Flat: Lovely new build block with fob access to main doors. Living with 2 flatmates, Hannah and Rohin. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I’ve lived here for over 1.5 years with no issues - the building is very secure, maintenance is very responsive with a new fridge and freezer installed over summer. Balcony which is a great sun trap. Bathroom is shared with one other as the third room is ensuite. Communal bike shed in the building.

Location: 10 min walk to Brixton Station (Victoria line) with lots of bus routes that stop right outside the flat. Clapham Common station is about a 20 min walk. Gym next door to the building, Tesco and Sainsbury’s 1-2 min walk away, with Brockwell Park a 5 min walk.

Rent: £1087, with bills approx £100. Water bill is included in the rent. You’ll be taking over the lease which is up for renewal Feb 16th 2026, so the option is there to extend.
