It has a new bed with an excellent quality mattress on it, wardrobe and desk.  

The house has 5 others living in it (currently 4 male and 1 female), all professionals working full time. Mostly this is out of the home although a few do work from home once a week. They have become friends since living together, they hang out in the evenings together and cook, watch tv, have a glass of wine etc. They are looking for someone who is similar. It’s not a party house but it is a friendly, sociable house.
