Room for Rent in Brixton/Tulse Hill!!!

One of our housemates is sadly leaving this lovely home in Brixton/Tulse Hill and we are looking for somebody to fill his room. One double bedroom available now! The room comes furnished and is in a house with four other housemates. We have a big kitchen and dining space, including a washing machine, washer and dryer, two bathrooms, a super cosy living room and a lush garden.

You would be living with Josh (m), Tom (m), Amy (f) and myself (f). All between the ages of 25-28 and all working full-time. There’s a really close, friendly vibe in the house, we’re not just housemates, we’re great friends. We hang out a lot, cook dinners together (well, maybe not when Tommy’s in charge unless you fancy your chicken still clucking), watch TV, play pool, and go on trips together. Just generally have a really fun, relaxed time living together.

We are looking for a working professional between the ages of 24-30.

Rent: £1000 not including bills. Bills tend to come up to £150 max. There is no agency involved as we deal with the landlord directly.

Location: 10-minute walk to Brixton Tube Station on the Victoria Line. 15-minute walk to Herne Hill Station. 10-minute walk to a big Sainsbury’s. 7-minute walk to a Sainsbury’s local. 7-minute walk to Brockwell Park. We live on a very quiet road and have lovely neighbours about.
