The room is on the top floor of a 3 story period house, fully furnished, with an almost ensuite (room next door) and another bathroom downstairs. Sharing with 4 lovely housemates who are sociable, they are looking for someone likeminded.

We’re well connected with Brixton station (Victoria line) a 10/15 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride. It’s also a 10 min walk to Brockwell Park and Herne Hill.

The deposit is £1027 (5 weeks rent) for the entire house contract spilt 5 ways. DPS bond will be in your name along with the current housemates.

The house has a big kitchen/dining room, a large living room, a utility room with a washer, dryer and extra fridge freezer, and there’s a gorgeous garden.
