Double attic room to rent in Brixton from 1st Dec

My double room in a big and spacious house just off Brixton Hill will be available from 1st December.

It’s located in the attic and fully furnished, consisting of: a double bed with comfy mattress, small wardrobe, chest of drawers, smaller drawers, coat rack, shoe rack, 1 x washing basket and a desk chair.

I will take the folding desk so any home workers will need a new desk. I'll also take the mirror, pictures/wings and 1 x washing basket. There is lots of under bed storage in case you need it.

You’ll be sharing the house with 4 lovely professionals: 2 x guys and 2 x women. The group gets together regularly for dinner/tv shows, but can also be passing ships due to work/travel. I’ve lived here for nearly 5 years and have been very happy!

There is an almost ensuite (room next door) shared sometimes with 2 women, but you never get in each other’s way.

The house has a big kitchen, a living room with 3 x sofas, a utility room with a washer, dryer and extra fridge freezer, and there’s a gorgeous garden.

The closest tube is Brixton (Victoria line) - a 10min walk away or 3 stops on the bus. There are lots of coffee shops/places to eat and we’re a 5min walk from Brockwell Park.

Bills: around £165 p/m
Total approx: £1,040 p/m
Deposit is £1027

Bills include WiFi, a cleaner every week for communal areas and everything else.
