Double room available on Brixton Hill.

I’m looking for someone to replace me in this lovely home. I’ve loved my time here and will be sad to leave! The landlord is really chilled and always quick to respond. Short walk to Brockwell park!

The room comes furnished with bed, mattress, draws, rail and bed side table.

Very important to note that there are two wonderful cats that live with us who are the most cuddly lovely cats in the world (in my opinion).

Rent is £725 and bills are around £160.

Bus stop 2 mins from house with great links
Brixton tube 5 min bus or 15 min walk
Streatham Hill train 10 min bus

Move in date 16th Nov - can be a little flexible with this.
