Hello :)
I am moving cities and am hoping to get my room sub-let by next rent 21st November.
There is 6 months left on the tenancy, so you would be taking over my room and my share of the rent until then. Bills included

About the flat:
-Spacious living room and kitchen.
-Two large shared storage cupboards.
-There's a Tesco right next door open 7am-11pm.
-Bus stops are right outside (perfect if you're running late!) with the 159, 59, 133, 45, 333, 250 and 109.
-We’re a 10 min walk from Brockwell park.
-15/20 min walk from Brixton Tube and Rail Station.
*The flat is on the 4th floor and there are no lifts/ramps*

About the flatmates:
You will be sharing with Taki (F21), a jazz pianist and philosophy graduate currently studying for the PGCE, Naomi (F21) is also a pianist and works as a lifeguard and Josh (20) is studying at Met Film School and is working with a music artist. It's quite a quiet flat, everyone generally keeps to themselves, but does enjoy the occasional chat in the shared spaces.

'We're looking for someone who clicks with our vibe, so if the flat sounds like the place for you, drop us a message and we can get you in for a viewing.
