Double room available between Clapham and Brixton

I'm moving out of my flat so I'm looking for someone to take over my nice, bright double room in a two bed one bathroom flat share in Brixton. The flat is part of a new build small block of flats in a residential street.

Available: As soon as possible once reference checks have been completed with letting agency.

The room: Officially unfurnished, with a built in double wardrobe. It is nice and spacious, with room for a desk ideal for working from home. I’m happy to offer the furniture in the room for a reasonable price, or you can bring your own furniture.

You’ll be sharing with one friendly, clean, respectful girl aged 25 who is a working professional in London. She enjoys cooking, walks in the local parks and chilled nights in, as well as the occasional night out/trip to the pub.

Looking for: A friendly, tidy, and respectful working professional with a similar vibe, aged 23-28.

Location:

- 15 mins walk to Brixton tube/overground, 18 min walk to Clapham North station

- Also short walks to Brockwell Park, supermarkets & all the shops, bars & restaurants in Brixton

Rent & bills:

- The rent is £1,175/month

- Bills are not included, they’re around £140 (we are still waiting for the council tax band to be confirmed)

Deposit required: £1,355

The contract is currently running until around 11th August 2026 with the option to extend for another year.
