This is a three bed maisonette with large open living area, shared bathroom and kitchen. We are 20 minutes walk from Brixton and Clapham North tube stations and have a bus stop 2 minutes walk away.

Room comes with bed and wardrobe and happy to sell the rest of the furniture.

You’ll be living with 2 of my amazing friends that I will miss living with! They are both 26 and enjoy going out but also relaxing with some good food and a binge watch.

We would be looking for someone of similar age who already has friends in London but is also keen to do house things.

You must be happy to live with a cat as we found her on the road as a kitten and she’s not left us since!

Lease is until April 2026 with option to extend.
