LGBTQ+ Brixton Household

Looking for a new flatmate to join us on a minimum 12-month tenancy from December, as our current flatmate is moving out.

The room is £784 per month without bills included, except the water bill which is paid by the landlord. The deposit is £969.23, not £900 which was the SpareRoom limit. Bills come to approximately £150 per month. It’s furnished with a double bed, dresser, and the grey stool (with storage inside). The mirror and bedside table/lamp combo pictured also are not part of the furnishing sadly!

This is a lovely, peaceful flat situated around 5 minutes walk from Brixton Station (Victoria Line) and 15 minutes walk from Clapham North Station (Northern Line). It’s right across the road from a Tesco Superstore and a few minutes walk from a Lidl too. The flat building itself is only accessible through a gated front garden (with bike racks), so it’s a very safe location and we haven’t had any issues.

You’ll be sharing with Liam (27, scientist) and Lukas (30, motion designer) both gay men. We have a preference for another LGBTQ+ flatmate employed in a professional career to move in, but we’re open to all applications too. Ideally we’re also looking for someone that will keep the space clean and gel well with the chilled and respectful atmosphere we have in the flat. We both like relaxed nights in, watching films/Netflix, socialising with friends, nights out, gymming, etc.
