We’re looking for someone (single or couple) to take over our lovely double room in Brixton over the holiday season. The flat is cute, homely, and located in a great area. Close to transport, parks, and all the fun spots Brixton has to offer.

The Room:
• Spacious double room with plenty of natural light
• Fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, desk, etc.)
• Ideal for a couple or single person

The Flat:
• 2-bedroom flat shared with one other couple (both work in fitness, super chill and friendly)
• Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom
• Clean, calm atmosphere and respectful of privacy

Bills:
All included
The rent covers council tax, Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, and water, so no extra costs!

Location:
• Situated in Brixton, an 8-minute walk to Brixton Station (Victoria Line, Overground, buses)
• Great local shops, cafés, gyms, and Brockwell Park nearby
• Just a 5-minute walk to Lidl and a Tesco Superstore
• Buses to Oxford Circus and city centre right on your doorstep
