A lovely bright ensuite double room is available from early December in a 3-bed flat situated just off Brixton Hill on a quiet residential street. It’s a 5 minute walk from Brockwell Park, 10 mins walk to Brixton tube (Victoria line), and 15 mins walk to Herne Hill station, and a big Sainsburys is about a 5 minute walk away too.

The bedroom is at the top of the house on its own floor and it's really quiet with lots of natural light. Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and desk chair. There is also lots of storage space in the eaves. There is desk space to WFH if needed and the room has an ensuite with a shower.

Our lovely flatmate is moving in with her partner so you would be sharing this flat with two of us:
- Orla, 31, from Dublin, working as an editor in a publishing house. I tend to work from home 1-2 days a week. I love going out with pals for food, drinks, cinema, comedy gigs, folk nights, etc, and I love playing basketball.
- Chloe, 29, from the Midlands, a graphic designer at a think tank. I usually work from home 2-3 days a week. I recently moved to London so am enjoying exploring new bars, pubs, art galleries and parks. I'm very arty/crafty and enjoy knitting, life drawing and am currently learning pottery!

We've really enjoyed living here so far - the downstairs neighbours are really friendly, the location is so handy, and there are lots of great parks, restaurants and bars around here. This is a LGBTQ friendly household.
