Housemate wanted in Brixton!

There’s a lovely room available in our 4 bedroom house to move into early December!
The room is quite big, fully furnished, bright and with lots of cupboards.

✨ House:
We have a fully equipped kitchen and a great living room that can be used if you work from home. We also have a garden that’s great if you love to spy on the foxes and squirrels (though it needs a bit of tending).
There are 2 bathrooms, so you’d only be sharing the bathroom with 1 person (Edward).

✨About the room:
It’s located on the first floor, the room is big, airy, has good lighting and a view towards the garden. It has a double bed, wardrobes and a bedside table.

📍Location:
The house is not far from the main road, there’s a Tesco Superstore and a Lidl within 5min walking distance, and a few gyms as well 🏋🏽‍♀️
The Brixton Village is within 10min walking distance (perfect if you’re a foodie) 😏

10 minute walk from Brixton station (Victoria line)
12min walk from Clapham North (Northern line)

😎Housemates:
Brad - he works full time and is usually busy with work or goes on a run. Loves to go out for a pint in one of the pubs near the house.
Belta - he’s a surgeon working long hour shifts during the week, so he’s not often home. Loves to cook and share food with everyone and is always up for a movie night.
Edward - he’s a data analyst for the NHS, also loves to go on a run and cook amazing veggie dinners

They’re in the range of 25 to 30 years old. They’re all in long-term relationships and split their time equally at their partners’ (so no drama to deal with regarding that).
