The Bedroom comes partly furnished, with bed and mattress and has plenty of space for desk and chest of drawers if you want to bring your own. My housemate may be selling her current furniture which fits perfectly in the space.

Rent is £950 per month and bills at the moment come to £189.

📍The flat is a great size for 2 people and is in a great location on a quiet residential road just off Brixton hill. Bus stop with 159, 59, 250, 133 and many other routes at the end of the road < 3 mins walk. Bus to Brixton station takes 7/8 minutes which has the Victoria line, 10 minute walk to Streatham hill station and 10 minute walk to Brockwell Park 🌲🌿
There is also parking available on the road you just need a permit.

My current flatmate is sadly moving back to the US so the room would be available from 2nd December.

Have lived here for the past 3 years and loved it, so would like to find a new roommate to take the room.

I’m 27, working in insurance in the city and am training to be an Actuary. I'm really easy going, clean and tidy and looking for someone to call a friend not just a flatmate. I love to travel, watch Netflix, read trashy books, musicals/theatre, explore new places in London and cooking/baking too. Have no portion control so there’s usually extras!

Looking for a likeminded easygoing housemate who is considerate/can respect personal space but is also down for dinner/drink/ explore every now and then.
