Bright and Big Ensuite Room in Brixton

Hi Everyone!

I am moving out of my room in SW and am looking for someone to replace my room ASAP! The room is in a 2-bed flat and comes with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, lots of natural light, and a big closet.

A little bit about the location: Our closest tube station is Brixton, which is a 15 min walk or 8 min bus ride, taking you straight on the Victoria line. Even better- the flat is right on Brockwell Park, which has beautiful views of London, tennis courts, and provides easy access to Herne Hill. In addition to the park, the flat's surrounding area is close to some great pubs, amazing restaurants, and cute cafes- so it’s a very lively area that has something for everyone. The bedrooms don't face the road so it is quiet at night.

The flat is in council tax band D and rent is £1165 before bills. You would be living with my best friend, Zoe, who is a 24 YO architect working in London and has been living here with me for the last 2 years. She is super clean, really easy to get along with, and someone who is always looking to make new friends- so if that’s your vibe this could be the perfect match.

We are looking for someone who is working full-time in London who will be a clean, fun, and respectful roommate who is ready to move in within the next month.
