Double Room in Friendly Townhouse (3 Months)

We are looking for someone to join our 3 bed townhouse from February - April (3 months) as I go travelling.

The house is well located close to Clapham North and Brixton stations, with Clapham Common and Brockwell Park in walking distance.

We have a large kitchen with a huge double stove so we can all cook together, as well as a separate lounge upstairs to hang out and watch the latest Netflix dramas. When the suns shining we have a lovely garden out back to catch some rays.

We are not a party house, and like catching up and hanging out together when we are in, but all have active social lives outside the house. We are looking for someone who suits our relaxed vibe!

Alex likes to get out playing tennis, running and the occasional gig. If you like board games you're in luck as we have a nice collection going. He works for the NHS and is in the office every day.

Harry plays volleyball a few times a week and is an F1 fan. He loves Mexican food and holds his own in a debate so expect some big convos over a cook-up. He works for an aerospace company and is in the office ~3 days a week.

Ideally I'd leave my furniture in the room while I'm away but can be flexible on that and the available dates for the right person!

Bills come to ~£125 a month with a monthly cleaner.

Off road parking is available, and we have shed and a storage room for any bikes or extra items that you might have.
