Cosy room in friendly house share - Brixton Hill

Looking for new housemate to join this lovely houseshare with two gals in early-mid twenties!! Unfortunately I am moving out in Feb as moving abroad so leaving this lovely pocket of joy in Brixton Hill. The house is 3-bedroom with 2 bathrooms, a big lounge and kitchen + GARDEN!! You will be living with two girls (24/25 yrs) who are super friendly and fun and the house that feels like home, not just a shared space. We regularly watch reality TV, go out for drinks on the weekend (or the odd Thursday!) and explore new places in London if all free on the weekend. It's very chill, we are all busy with different plans, but when we’re in the house, we love to spend time together and invite each other to things :)
Currently May is at university studying for her LPC to be a solicitor and Grace works in the civil service as a PA.
The room itself is cosy with plenty of storage space (under bed plus large wardrobe in room and one just outside room). Perfect for someone who is looking for a cheaper smaller space as the downstairs space makes up for it!
We are 15 min walk from Clapham North tube and about 20 mins to Brixton tube - and nestled between Clapham Common and Brockwell park so ideal location!
