Brixton Hill Sublet

I am going travelling for 3 months so am looking for someone to sublet my lovely room in Brixton Hill. January 8th-April 8th.

We are a queer household aged 25/26. We are a very living room oriented household and love having film nights etc. We also love an occasional night out but we are not a party house.

The flat itself has a spacious and homely living room with a balcony attached. There are four bedrooms, a kitchen and one shower room and one bathroom.

There is also a communal garden out the back which we use for BBQ’s.

The room comes with a double bed and two wardrobes. I can also leave my desk/shelves but I can remove if you prefer to bring your own.

The flat is a 6 min bus to Brixton station or a 20 minute walk.

We really want a friendly face in the house so are keen to have flat viewings/to go for a drink to make sure we all get on.

We all work in the creative industries in PR/Theatre/Journalism.

I return from travelling early April so this would be a 3 month sublet only.
