I'm a private property manager looking for a new flatmate for this great flatshare.

We have a very spacious room available to let from the 3rd of January in this 4-bed professional, friendly flat-share on the ever-popular Brixton Hill.

It captures a lot of light through the big windows and includes a Double Bed, Bedside table, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Desk and Armchair.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED (electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband).

The rooms are for single occupancy and full-time working professionals. The oldest flatmate has been living here for 5 years. The girls love the flat and are looking forward to welcoming a new person into this lovely home.

We are looking for someone who appreciates the importance of being very clean in a shared home.

PLEASE NOTE that there isn't a shared living room. The kitchen is big enough to compensate for it.

The deposit is equal to one month's rent.

The rent for the larger room is £975 including ALL bills and is available from the 3rd of January 2026.

It's the IDEAL PROPERTY for professionals looking for a high standard of accommodation, a short walk to Brixton Station, many buses/night buses right outside the building, Tesco Express next door, banks, gym & Ritzy cinema within walking distance.
