•Surrounding area is very quiet. Neighbours are nice and friendly. A double bed/ chest drawer/ wardrobe are included in the room. Kitchen is separated from the living room and you can find all utilities you need for cooking.

•You only live with one female and THREE CATS 🐱🐱🐱 in the house. I don’t work from home and usually stay very quiet when I am at home (enough screaming at work 😵‍💫). We share living room/ toilet/ kitchen. I am an extremely clean person so you don’t need to worry about hygiene problem. I at least vacuum once a day and there is auto cat litter machine and air purifier in the living room.

•No smoking/ No party (Dinner with friends is okay)/ Quiet and clean and respectful/ Professional/ If you like cats then will be a bonus 💛

•10-12 mins walk to Brixton Tube (On Victoria Line). There are also lots of bus/ night bus close to the house so you don’t need to worry after midnight. It only takes around 35 mins from the house to soho area.

•We have quite a lot of supermarket choices: 4 mins to big Sainbury’s/ 10 mins to Tesco Superstore/ M&S and market in the station area/ Morleys mall, TK Maxx, JD, H&M etc in the high street outside the station. Also Brockwell Park is 5 mins walk from the house.

•Me and my current flatmate have been living here for 5 yrs and the small room now is available since my flatmate decides to buy a house. Our landlord owns 2x units in this court and also a maintenance company. If there is any issue in the house, engineers come within 3 days to fix them.
