I am looking for a new housemate to join my lovely Brixton home, as my friend is moving out.
The flat is on the ground floor, but is accessible only by large steps to the front of the house. It is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat.
The available room comes with a large double bed, two built in wardrobes, and a desk with chair.
The housemate preferences on the ad aren't set in stone. Most importantly I'm looking for someone considerate, kind, tidy and sociable; who will enjoy living in a calm and cosy shared home, rather than just a place to sleep or party.
