Double room in Brixton flat share - free from Jan

I’m moving out of our lovely flat in January so my flatmate Kerry is looking for a new housemate to join her in our lovely two-bedroom flat in Brixton from January 2026.

About Kerry:

I’m an easy-going healthcare professional in my 30s hoping to find someone friendly to take the room and share this great space. I enjoy relaxed TV/Netflix/film nights, as well as heading out to the pub, cinema, or trying new places to eat. I work hybrid, so I’m usually out of the house 2–3 days a week.

About the flat:

The room available is a double, and the flat is on the ground floor. It’s super cosy, with a spacious open-plan living room/kitchen, a garden, and even a basement for extra storage. There is a shared bathroom but the other bedroom has an en-suite shower and sink.

We’re right next to Brockwell Park and about a 15-minute walk from both Brixton tube and Herne Hill station. There’s a big Sainsbury’s only 5 minutes away, plus a couple of good coffee shops I’d definitely recommend - especially if, like me, you enjoy switching up your workspace on WFH days. There’s also a Jetts gym less than a 10-minute walk away on Brixton Hill.

The landlord is really proactive, fixes any issues as they come up. We are friendly with the other 2 flats in the building, and have a shared WhatsApp group with them.
