Double room in Brixton Centre from January

A double room is available in the flat I currently live in. The room is on the smaller side, so it’s best suited for someone who doesn’t have loads of belongings and prefers a clean, uncluttered living space. It comes furnished with a double bed, built-in shelving and a wardrobe. Everything else will be staying (except for the desk chair) but they don’t come with the flat so you can rid of them if you wish. The wall will be painted and the water marks issue fixed.

💸 Rent & Bills
• Contract starts from 4 of January. Can be flexible with a mid January move in.
• The agency is pretty strict. You need a full time job, 33k + or a guarantor. References etc
• £875 per month
• Bills (including council tax): approx. £150 per month
• Strictly NO subletting — the room is for you only, and subletting is not permitted under any circumstances.

🌿 About the Flat
• 7 minutes from Brixton tube. 11 minutes from big tesco.
• Shared kitchen and bathroom

• Must work from the office at least 2/4 days a weeks.

• Calm, respectful atmosphere
I tried to make the house as homey as possible. I treat it like I own it (I wish 😅). I’ve painted walls etc.

I’m Lucrezia (Luchi), 31, Italian. I’m a relatively chill person and as long as you don’t ask me to run or climb mountains, I’m up for anything. I do enjoy being at home and do spend more than I should in household stuff 😅 I love running random errands, going for a walk, a coffee and a chat. I’m in my glow up era so started the all eat well/gym sessions thing again but I do enjoy baking and host an “Italian” get together with all the Italian staples once in a while! I also love reading and watch a fair share of tv show and trash tv at times. I’m clean and organised, not in a strict way, just in a “let’s both keep the shared spaces nice” way. My job is quite structured, so I really value a peaceful home. I don’t drink much but love a good coffee.
