Lovely room with extra storage right outside and spacious living room with balcony.
Incredible flatmates who I am very sad to be leaving.
1 masters student and 1 professional so we are open to either.
I will sort the fee for handing the room over.
The room would need taking over January 21st but if needed slightly sooner I will be able to accommodate and we can sort how we split the rent that month between ourselves.
The contract on the flat finishes in August but the current tenants may extend because it is such a convinient and nice place to be and I’m sure would be happy to include you in that.
They are super chill and friendly so if you did need to pass over the tenancy to someone else I’m sure they could accommodate.
