Three lovely en-suite rooms available from 14 January in a modern four bed home in Clapham. The house is contemporary and spacious, set over four levels with a large open-plan kitchen and living area, plus a sunny south-facing garden that’s perfect for summer relaxing or hosting.

The location is amazing - just a 15 minute walk from Clapham Common, Clapham North, and Brixton tube stations, with plenty of bus routes only a few minutes away, so getting around is super easy.

I’m 28 and looking for a group of lovely girls aged 25 to 32 (either individuals or a group) to join me to create a warm, friendly home, where we can enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space and keep things tidy.

All rooms are unfurnished, each with either built-in wardrobes or generous storage. Rent is £1,250 plus bills of around £120 per month.
