Room in friendly house share

We’ve had this tennancy in our friend/friend of friend groups for over 6 years now and with a few changes in the house a room is available to move in January 10th

The house is 4 stories and a basement, ground floor has a garden and a room for desk space and our fold out bed for visitors the middle floor has your bedroom and the kitchen / living room then two floors of bedrooms above. We have 3 bathrooms 2 showers and a bath. Your room will be next to a bathroom which is rarely used by others

We are looking for a sociable friendly person who is chilled out and can get on with everyone in the house as we like to sit and chat away in the evenings as it’s a very communal living/kitchen area

There are 5 house mates in total, myself and Ed will be the only ones staying on as the other two will leave late February.

We are only available to do viewings on the 6th of Jan in the evening however we welcome you to send some info about yourself and all that jazz so we can see if it’s a good fit! :)

Me and Ed are 28 Ed works in law and I work in advertising, we are pretty bog standard chaps who enjoy all the normal things in life, we try to keep a chilled vibe in the house lots of movies/tv shows and evening chat
