Hey, I'm looking for someone to move into a decent-sized double room in my 2-bed flat in Brixton Hill.

It's an 8-minute walk to Brixton Station and Brockwell Park.
Close to Brixton but far enough up the hill that it's quieter.

5-minute walk to Big Sainsburys

1-minute walk to: local pub, cafes, curry house, takeaway spots, post office, Sainsbury's local, barber, hairdresser

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, and a built-in shelving unit - everything you need to settle straight in.

The flat is a bright space with large windows, a spacious terrace (needs work), a large kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher, large oven) and a modern bathroom with a great shower.

I'm a live-in landlord, but a very chilled guy; it will feel like you're renting with me. I haven't owned the place long, so I'll be adding bits as we go, but it's got all the fundamentals.

I work in the office 5 days a week, but occasionally work from home. The room comes with a desk. If you work from home, you'll have the place to yourself most days of the week.

Comes with a mint coffee machine (if that's your thing), a decent air fryer and a 5-hob oven that's perfect for anyone who likes to cook.

Enjoy chatting and hanging out with my housemate but also give plenty of space. Have an active social life, generally like to chill when at home. I'm into cooking, going to gigs, movies, series, listening to music, travelling, pubs. Recently got some new house plants and a dartboard.
