Looking for a lovely new housemate to join me in my two bed flat in Brixton/Tulse Hill 🏡 I’m a 26 year old Aussie graphic designer looking for someone who is clean and respectful of each others space but also loves to have fun and wants to make the most of London life! LGBTQIA+ welcome 🤗

- Rent £850/month
- Bills approx. £150/month incl. council tax (band C), gas, electricity, water and Wifi
- Deposit £1,038 (five weeks rent)
- Room comes with bed, mattress, mattress topper and huge wardrobes. My sister bought the desk set up but the drawer has since broken – you’re welcome to use the mirror and stool, or replace with it all with something more your style
- Living area, kitchen & bathroom are all shared spaces. In the process of replacing some of the furniture as well to make things more cosy!

- Flat is located in Brixton/the edge of Tulse Hill (SW2 3LX)
- Very safe and quiet area at night
- 5 min walk to high street where buses run every few minutes to Brixton station for the Victoria line
- 10 min walk to Brockwell Park & 15 minute walk to Herne Hill

About me 👩‍🎨
- I’m 26 years old and moved over at the start of this year from Perth, Australia
- I work full time as a graphic designer in design research. I WFH 3 days a week and in the office 2 days a week, but don’t usually have a lot of calls so am pretty quiet when at home
- I love going to the theatre, having drinks at the pub, nights out, watching women’s football and doing pilates/ going to the gym. I really want to make the most of my time in London so am keen to do more travel in the New Year so bonus if you’re down to join me!
