The house itself is large, with a living room at the front, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and separate dining room, and basement storage. It also has a large private garden with a fire. You’ll be sharing with 4 other professionals - Nathan, Harriet, Lemarl, and Ricardo. They’re a friendly bunch and up for socialising, but also leave space to do your own thing - we’ve all been out for a drink, had birthday celebrations, and a couple of Christmas dinners too.

The house is a 5 minute walk to Brockwell park, which is great for a lunch break and even better during the summer with the lido. Herne Hill is just the other side with a market every weekend and trains into central London. Brixton station is a bit under 10 minutes away by bus, and Tulse Hill is the same, with regular trains to London Bridge.
