Room in Brixton Hill

Hiya
Double room on Brixton Hill available end of January/start of February.

You’ll be sharing with 3 girls, Julia, Dom and Alisha all mid-late twenties.

Rent: £675 per month
Bills: Roughly £60-100 per month
Location: 15 minute walk to Brixton or 5 min bus
Buses right outside the house are really frequent and handy to get into central or the city!
Close to Brockwell park which is lovely for walks, runs or the lido 🍂🏃‍♀️🌳

Room comes furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, under bed storage and a small closet with full length mirror inside. Lovely big window which gets lots of light and some lovely sunsets! 🌅 Not much space for a desk but free to work from home in the front room if needed.

The girls you’ll be sharing with are lovely and so easy and chill! Will watch tv and go out for drinks together although we all have are own stuff going on too!
