Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate (late 20s / 30s) to share my 2-bed flat in Brixton with.

RENT: £985 per month
BILLS: Usually around £150.
DEPOSIT: One month’s rent
AVAILABILITY: The room is available from 19th January, and I’m flexible on both move-in date and tenancy length.

🏡The Room & Flat
The room is a bright, sunny double, fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe. The wardrobe does house a boxed-in boiler (a classic in old homes but quiet and checked yearly).

The flat itself is a cosy two-bed that I own, so it really feels like a home rather than a typical rental. It’s on a quiet, leafy street surrounded by schools so it feels very calm and safe while still being close to all the good stuff Brixton has to offer.

📍Location
The flat is around a 15-minute walk to Brixton tube, 18 minutes to Herne Hill, and only 9 minutes to Brockwell Park, which is a dream in summer.

✨️About Me
I’m Raffy, 31, and I work in healthcare PR. I’m in the office 2–3 days a week and work from home the rest of the time. I enjoy a mix of things - cycling and being outdoorsy, but also food, art galleries, pub trips, cosy nights in, and occasional night out!

I’m friendly, easy-going, and value a relaxed, tidy and comfortable home. I’m out about half the week and host maybe once a month, so day-to-day, the flat is generally a relaxed and calm vibe.

I’d love to live with someone who’s considerate, generally tidy, and wants to treat the flat as their home too. Preferably a female who is a similar age, who enjoys being sociable but also loves their own space too, someone who is equally relaxed and enjoys getting up to similar things!
