We are two professional guys looking for a new flatmate to join our home on Brixton Hill.

We’re a friendly, social house and enjoy hanging out together, whether that’s heading down to the pub for a few pints or just catching up at home, so we’re looking for someone easy-going and friendly.

The available room is a raised roof bed, which maximizes the space and leaves the entire floor area free for a desk, sofa, or extra storage. The flat is well-located a short walk to brixton station, as well as Brockwell park. Rent is £810 per month, which includes water and council tax, with other bills (gas, electricity, wifi, weekly cleaner) being very affordable at around £15–£30 a month.
