Bright & Airy 1-bed Flat in Brixton/Herne Hill

My partner and I are moving out of our flat, so we need someone to take over our tenancy contract from 19th February until 18th October (however you can organise with agent to extend after that date).

We’ve loved living in this cosy and bright flat but unfortunately we’re going our separate ways now, so will be sad to be leaving this flat behind.

Location is fab: the flat is a 10 minute walk to Brixton station, 12 minute walk to Herne Hill train station and plenty of buses around.

There’s also lots of local amenities including a big Sainsbury’s 2 minutes away, lovely pubs and a 5 minute walk to Brockwell Park.

Bills come to approx. £290 / month for the whole flat (£145 per person / month) including council tax, water, energy and Wi-Fi.

We’re keen to get all paperwork sorted ASAP, so will start doing viewings W/C 12th Jan.
