Sadly our housemate is moving out in February so we’re looking for 1 professional aged 25-30 to fill the room. It’s a 1 year lease starting on 19th Feb and the house is situated between Brockwell Park and Brixton Hill.

The Bedroom:
· £810 a month
· Upstairs double room
· Furnished (bed, wardrobe and chest of draws)

Good to knows:
· Bills are around £150 a month
· 20 minute walk to Brixton tube (and regular buses to Brixton) and 15 minute walk to both Herne Hill and Tulse Hill stations
· Big living space and garden, 2 stories

Letting agent requirements (annoyingly, there’s no flexibility on these):
· References for employment and past landlord plus residency status required
· Salary must be at least £29,000 per year to pass referencing
· £50 fee per person for updating tenancy

A bit about us:

Catherine: I’m 27 working as an auditor. I love going for a swim in the lido, seeing a show, and enjoy living in a cosy, relaxed atmosphere.

Yasemin: I’m 25 working in marketing. Loovee the lido too, running and teach Pilates (free classes for you in the summer!!).
