Double room available in spacious Brixton/Herne Hill home

I’m looking for someone to share a lovely home in Brixton, just off Brixton Water Lane and a 5 minute walk to Brockwell Park. It’s the best of both worlds – close to Brixton but right by green space and Herne Hill.

The flat itself is huge by London standards, with long hallways, split levels, a separate lounge and dining room (with a big dining table thats great for hosting), plus a kitchen with its own dining area. There’s also a good sized garden which is easily accessible and great in summer.

I’ve lived here for three years with a friend, so this really feels like a home rather than a rental. It’s well looked after, cosy and lived in in the best way. We’re also very lucky with the landlord, she sorts any issues or maintenance quickly.

You’d be sharing with me, Annie (32). I work in fashion/marketing, from Yorkshire and have been in London for 7 years. I’m into running, CrossFit and yoga, and enjoy a glass of wine (bcus balance). I love festivals, travelling and generally keeping life sociable but chilled.

I’m looking for someone who wants to share a home, not just a house – friendly, considerate and up for a beer.
