We’ve had this large Brixton house in the friends of friend group for the last 6 years, super chill landlord, cleaner every week, plenty of working from home space as well!
Myself Tony and Ed all work normal 9-5s and our other two hose mates are moving out mid Feb to go traveling!
This is the first time doing spare room for this house and we are looking for some nice, sociable, considerate house mates! The kitchen/dining/living room is super communal and a very homely space we’d like someone to fit into that vibe!
Looking to do some house viewings late Jan as I am away for most of Jan
Ideally looking for two girls to balance out the genders now that our female house mates moving out!
Bills are included in rent
Rooms are all very similar and may change what ones are available as might go some tr shuffling internally but come and look at them all!
