Double room available in Brixton from 22nd February.

Flat is in a house with single flat below. Two lovely flatmates Etty and Emmeline who are super easy going. Flat has lovely shared living space and is located within a ten minute walk from both Brixton station and Clapham North so super accessible. Great option of supermarkets around and local places to eat and drink.

This will be the start of a new tenancy so will require 5 weeks deposit. The tenancy will be for a year with options to extend. Bills not included but usually come to around £100 a month.

Landlord is great on communication and super helpful if ever you need it.
