Spacious double room available in Brixton, less than 5-minute walk to Brixton tube station and situated nearby a big Tesco, Lidl, M&S and Sainsburys. The flat is also surrounded by nice restaurants, pubs and bars in a very central location.

The room is a bright, large double furnished with everything except for the desk, desk chair (and mirrors). We have a lovely spacious living area and bathroom shared amongst the three of us.

Rent including bills is approx £1,100 pm and the deposit will be approx £950. Move in date will likely be 1 March 2026.

I'm moving out after living here for 4 years. I've absolutely loved living here and would definitely stay if I weren't moving in with my boyfriend.

You would be living with two other girls, Jess (27) and Jenny (24). They are both professsionals working in the city who WFH mostly but go into the office a few days a week. Both girls have lived here for 1-2 years. They have their own friendship groups but we like socialising together and chill together in evenings whilst also respecting each others' space. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy. The girls are looking for someone who is a similar age and on a similar vibe!
