We're looking for someone to fill a bright and spacious double room that's available in our lovely Brixton flat, less than a 5-minute walk to Brixton tube station. The flat is within easy walking distance of Tesco, Lidl, M&S and Sainsbury’s (all under 15 mins), plus there are loads of amazing restaurants, pubs and bars right on the doorstep.

Large, bright double bedroom
Fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, storage etc.)
No desk/chair provided
Ideal if you already have your own desk or WFH setup

Cosy but spacious living area (perfect size for 3 people)
Very large bathroom
Clean, homely and well looked after

💷 Rent (incl. bills): approx £1,082 pcm (rent is around £942 and bills roughly £140, but should hopefully come in at less)

Your future flatmates:

You’ll be living with the lovely Jess (27), from Edinburgh and works for an NGO, and Jenny (24), who is from Flitwick and works as a Research Assistant. They mostly WFH but head into the office 1–2 days a week. They’ve both lived here for 1–2 years and are very at home in the flat and in Brixton too!

The vibe is friendly and social. We go for the odd drink and love having a good yap in the evenings, but also really respect each other’s space. We keep shared areas clean and tidy and are looking for someone of a similar age and vibe who wants a place that feels like home.

I’m moving out after 4 amazing years here (very sad to leave!) as I’m moving in with my boyfriend — so you’ll be taking over a much-loved room!!
