The flat sits halfway between Brixton and Herne Hill, with both stations around a 10–15 minute walk away. This gives easy access to the Victoria line as well as National Rail services (Thameslink and Southeastern).

The flat is set back from the main road and backs onto Brockwell Park, so it’s calm and quiet, and there’s secure indoor bike storage. On-street parking is available for approx. £25 per month (depending on the type of car).

You’ll be close to some great local spots including Hootenanny and Effra Social, as well as favourites like Herne Hill Sunday Market and The Florence. A large Sainsbury’s is just a short stroll away, with M&S, Tesco and Lidl also nearby.

The rooms are partially furnished. The larger room comes with a bed, desk and wardrobe, all of which can be removed if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture. The smaller room comes with a wardrobe.

My current flatmate is vacating the larger room, however both rooms are available to choose from in order to cater to different budgets/needs, and I will be taking whichever room is left over :)

Bills (water, energy, broadband and council tax) are not included but are approx. £120–£180 per month depending on the time of year.
